The Department of Justice and Community Safety in Mildura is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to manage a caseload of complex, high-risk individuals and ensure adherence to court orders. The role sits within the Court Case Management stream and requires strong assessment and intervention skills.

Work in a team dedicated to helping people make positive changes to their livesOngoing, Full Time position based in MilduraEarn $100,894 - $114,476 per year plus superannuation Community Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practices that reduce reoffending and connecting individuals to programs, services and community. CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex and violent offences on post sentence supervision, and prisoners on parole.
Advanced Practitioners within the court case management stream of CCS will manage a case load of predominately complex and high-risk individuals who have committed offences. This involves conducting risk assessments, preparing case plans, providing interventions, proactively challenging offending behaviours, addressing the underlying factors in offending whilst directing, and monitoring compliance with court order obligations. This role must also support individuals to successfully complete their court orders, while balancing risks to community safety.
