Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist - Advanced (Plastics, Vascular, Lymphoedema, Cancer and Haematology) to deliver advanced clinical assessments and lead PVLCH OT services across the region. You will provide highly complex independent care, support operational management of PVLCH, and mentor senior therapists.

To be successful you need a tertiary OT degree, AHPRA registration, vaccines, a driver licence and the ability to pass a criminal history check.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B.
• Tuberculosis screening as required.
• Driver Licence.
• Disclosure of serious discipline history.
• Criminal History Screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical assessments, treatments and evaluations.
• Lead and coordinate PVLCH occupational therapy services.
• Provide independent clinical services of a highly complex and varied nature.
• Provide operational management to senior occupational therapists within PVLCH.
