Administrator Traineeship - Cert III in Business

Join MEGT as an Administrator Trainee! Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to kick off your admin career? MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a Trainee in Hallam.

About the role: This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in administration.

  • Manage customer interactions: answer calls, take bookings, provide information on rules/regulations, and liaise on pricing and waste collection.
  • Handle payments and account issues: process credit card payments, follow up on non-payment or declined cards, and cancel bookings as requested.
  • Maintain accurate records: enter phone orders, complaints, and other data into databases or spreadsheets, and perform filing/archiving.
  • Keep the workspace organized: ensure cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.

What we're looking for - Skills & Experience

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Demonstrate phone skills, handling inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution.
  • Enter and manage data accurately using computer programs such as Access, Word, and Excel.
  • Resolve customer issues, including payment follow-ups and complaints logging.
  • Maintain organised records and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
