We’re seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract through to January 2028. This role operates from our Sydney group office and offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, balancing office collaboration with work-from-home flexibility.
About the Role
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll support the employee lifecycle through the delivery of high-quality administration, systems management and process coordination activities.
Working closely with site operations, Talent Acquisition and People & Culture stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our people process runs smoothly, efficiently and accurately.
