The Kirby Institute is a world-leading health research institute at UNSW Sydney. We work to eliminate infectious diseases, globally. The Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of The Kirby Institute through the provision of general administrative support.
The administrator will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and provide high-quality support for communications, meetings, events and finance processes. The role also plays an important part in welcoming new staff and visitors, coordinating building access and site inductions, and creating a positive experience for a diverse range of stakeholders. This role is suited to a proactive and organised professional with strong customer service, communication and coordination skills who enjoys engaging with people and building effective working relationships.
The role reports to the Senior Administrative Officer.
