About the role

Morgans Financial are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Townsville, Queensland. This full-time role will provide vital support to the Townsville team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and managing compliance.

Handling a wide range of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Assisting with the organisation and coordination of office activities and events.

Responding to enquiries from clients and stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.

Contributing to the development and implementation of improved administrative processes and procedures.

Providing backup support to the team as needed.
