  • Manage team expenses, SAP invoice approvals, cost centre forecasting, and vendor administration.
  • Assist with tax compliance matters, including ATO registrations and correspondence.
  • Support the Treasury team with bank guarantees and insurance bonds.
  • Handle banking-related administration, including KYC checks.
  • Oversee annual subscription renewals and coordinate external training requirements.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager Taxation (Australia), you’ll be a valued member of the team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operations of our Group Tax and Group Treasury functions. You’ll provide vital administrative and technical support, working across calendar management, document coordination, stakeholder communication, and compliance obligations—all while contributing to a collaborative and purpose-led team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support to the General Manager Taxation and Senior Treasury Manager, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and produce confidential correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage team expenses, SAP invoice approvals, cost centre forecasting, and standard vendor administration.
  • Assist with tax compliance matters, including ATO registrations, correspondence, and the lodgement of relevant forms.
  • Support the Treasury team with the management of bank guarantees, insurance bonds, and legal documentation for debt facilities.
  • Handle banking-related administration, including Know-Your-Client (KYC) checks and managing billing for bank fees.
  • Oversee annual subscription renewals and coordinate external training requirements for the teams.
