Ozcare has a Part-time opportunity available for an Administration Support Officer at our Labrador Aged Care Facility.

Your role will be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.

Your tasks will include:

  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

You will have:

  • A professional phone manner
  • The willingness to go the extra mile
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and ensure your tasks are completed on time
  • Must have extensive rostering experience and be available to work a rotating roster
  • Aged care experience an advantage
