Job summary

Bendigo Health is seeking an Administration Support officer to provide frontline reception and administrative duties across our Inpatient Mental Health Units. The role requires flexibility to cover day, evening and weekend shifts, with part-time hours and a fixed-term contract until 27 June 2027.

Based at Level 2 Front Reception and Adult Acute Unit, the successful candidate will join a supportive team within a regional health service dedicated to Excellent Care.

• Provide reception and administrative support to Inpatient Mental Health Units (Adult Acute, Older Persons Acute, Extended Care, Parent Infant Unit).
• Be available for day, evening and weekend shifts at Level 2 Front Reception and Adult Acute Unit.

The Role

The position will provide reception and administrative support to the assigned Inpatient Mental Health Units/s including Adult Acute, Older Persons Acute, Extended Care and Parent Infant Unit.

The position will require the successful applicant to be available for a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts based at Level 2 Front Reception and Adult Acute Unit with the opportunity for part time staff to pick up additional shifts, as available, up to 76 hours per fortnight. We operate from 8am – 7pm, 7 days a week.
