Your new role:

As an Administration Officer – Urodynamics, you will provide timely, accurate and high-standard administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager, clinical staff, patients and visitors within the Urodynamics Outpatient Department.

  • Coordinate a range of patient appointment activities, including scheduling, arrivals, cancellations, rescheduling and waiting‑list management, while coordinating with other services and arranging transportation and follow‑up appointments where required.
  • Deliver professional and compassionate customer service to patients, visitors and staff across telephone, email and face‑to‑face interactions, responding to enquiries and directing queries appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate patient demographic, Medicare and referral information using relevant information systems, while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace by supporting colleagues, managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and participating in service improvement, patient safety and quality initiatives.
