Administration Officer - Supervisions

Fixed Term, Part Time, Term Time

21 January 2026 to 30 November 2026

Monday to Friday 6.00am – 10.30am

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Administration Officer (Supervisions) to ensure the continuity of student learning by effectively sourcing and organising qualified Relief Teachers for the Junior School in consultation with the Deputy Head of Junior School. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage staff absences using internal or external personnel, ensuring minimal disruption to learning, maintaining strong pastoral care and supporting the effective operation of the School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of short-term Teacher absences, replacement and supervisions coordination in conjunction with the Deputy Head of Junior School
  • Organisation and coordination of junior school events and assemblies under the direction of the Deputy Head of Junior School to ensure seamless and successful outcomes
  • Other general administration duties as directed by the Head of Junior School or Deputy Head of Junior School.

  • Excellent administrative skills, including a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands, be flexible, learn new systems and share knowledge and skills with others
  • A professional, confident and helpful customer service approach
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Strong commitment to our Anglican ethos.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Current CPR/First Aid accreditation
  • Prior experience of The Alpha School System (TASS) and Timetabler is advantageous
  • Willingness to have your name submitted to the Anglican Church’s Professional Standards Register
  • Current Drivers Licence.
