The Role

In this varied role, you will provide effective and efficient administration and customer support in the day-to-day operations of the Rates team.

You will undertake a range of duties including customer support – both over the phone and email, completing financial transactions, debt collection, data entry and general administration.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant administrative and customer service experience
  • A customer service focus with good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to plan, organise and manage your time effectively
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office with the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs

A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
