A community-focused organization in Greater Bendigo seeks a proactive individual for an administration and customer support role within the Rates team. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, financial transactions, and data entry. Ideal candidates should have relevant administrative experience and strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. The Role
In this varied role, you will provide effective and efficient administration and customer support in the day-to-day operations of the Rates team.
You will undertake a range of duties including customer support – both over the phone and email, completing financial transactions, debt collection, data entry and general administration.
