UniSC Careers invites an experienced administrator to support the Academic Support Unit on the Sunshine Coast. You will manage Honours and HDR student lifecycles, coordinate activities, and ensure efficient processes across engagement, enrolment and completion.
The role focuses on high-quality service delivery with data integrity, collaboration with students, supervisors and professional teams, and ongoing systems improvement.
Join UniSC’s Academic Support Unit (ASU) and play an important role in supporting high-quality Honours and Higher Degree by Research (HDR) experiences across the University.
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support across the Honours and HDR student lifecycle, working closely with students, academic supervisors, coordinators and professional teams. You will coordinate key program activities, support students and maintain efficient processes, contributing to a positive student experience.
You are a highly organised and service-focused administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You enjoy working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders and can confidently navigate complex processes, systems and policy requirements. You exercise sound judgement, communicate effectively and take a proactive approach to improving the way work is delivered.
