Job summary

NSW Health in Murwillumbah is seeking an Administration Officer to provide timely and accurate administration and clerical support to the Outpatients team and Manager. The role supports smooth operation of Specialist Outpatient Clinic services and contributes to a collaborative, patient-centred environment.

Temporary/full-time or part-time contracts are available, with annual remuneration around $73,915 to $76,219 pro rata, depending on hours worked and experience.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a health or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to manage clerical tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate administration and clerical support to the Outpatients team and Manager.
• Assist with coordination of Specialist Outpatient Clinic services to ensure smooth operation.
