The Administration Officer provides accurate, responsive and professional administrative support across Council as required by operational priorities. The role is a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handles information with confidentiality and discretion, and maintains a consistently high standard of service.
Depending on skills and experience, the Administration Officer may support one Council Directorate or multiple areas and will need to adapt to changing work assignments. If you are a helpful and team focussed person, in this position you will be able to gain valuable experience and find the support area that suits you best.
This is a permanent, fulltime position working 35 hours per week.
