Provide efficient and effective secretarial/administration support services based on accurate and timely information, processing, ordering and delivery requirements to support the Security Services within the Sustainability, Infrastructure and Assets Branch in the delivery of Infrastructure and Assets, Emergency and Resilience Management and Sustainability and Performance, including Fleet activities. You will be required to li aise and engage with a range of customers and stakeholders, acting as a primary contact for the team for the majority of incoming and outgoing communication, maintaining confidentiality, and utilising tact and discretion.
