We’re seeking a detail-oriented RTO Administration Officer to provide efficient and professional support to a Registered Training Organisation on a short-term contract. About the role

You’ll play a key role in supporting trainers, students, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of training programs. From managing student files and compliance records to handling enquiries and preparing audit reports, your accuracy and organisational skills will make a real impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage course administration for trainers and students
  • Maintain and update the Student Management System
  • Process student enrolments, transfers, withdrawals, completions, and attendance
  • Create, audit, and maintain student files and reports
  • Assist with RTO compliance activities, audits, and validation preparation
  • Handle phone/email enquiries and provide professional customer service
  • Provide general administrative support, including invoicing and resource coordination

What we’re looking for

  • Previous administration experience within an RTO or Vocational Education Training environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Student Management Systems
  • Current driver’s licence and Working With Children Check
