Job summary

A local educational institution is seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to provide administrative support and customer service as part of the Business Services team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational and communication skills, coupled with a positive attitude. This role is integral to the school environment and requires a commitment to its Christian ethos.

Qualifications

  • High levels of grooming and presentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven reception and/or customer service experience.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • A positive proactive attitude.
  • Current First Aid certificate (desirable).
  • Experience working within an education setting would be highly desirable.

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Business Services team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support as part of the Business Services team
  • Support reception and/or customer service activities as required
