  • Reconcile pallet movements and maintain tidy, compliant records.
  • Support freight office activities and contribute to a safe, organised workplace.

Are you an organised and detail-driven administrator who thrives on responsibility? Team Global Express is seeking a motivated Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration at our Goss Street Depot in Rockhampton.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person onsite, supported by an Operational Supervisor at the depot and a broader admin team in Gracemere. You’ll play a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly for some of our major customers, including Infrabuild, CCEP, and Woolworths.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle data entry, reconciliation, and raise/receipt purchase orders
  • Process payroll with accuracy and efficiency
  • Be the key contact for major customer accounts and ensure accurate reporting
  • Reconcile pallet movements and maintain tidy, compliant records
  • Support freight office activities and contribute to a safe, organised workplace
Requirements:
  • Proven administration experience, ideally in logistics, transport, or a fast-paced industry
  • Strong payroll, data entry, and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work independently as the sole administrator onsite
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
