The Role

We are seeking an Administrator on a full-time basis. The role is an integral part of the team to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the office.

  • Answering and transferring telephone calls
  • Assistance in preparation of reports and proposals
  • Organising inspections on behalf of the engineers
  • Creating jobs upon receiving from clients
  • Sending out projects to clients
  • Providing additional administrative support as required

  • Intermediate MS Office and Excel skills
