IFYS invites applications for an Administration Assistant to join the Youth Transition Services team in Maroochydore. This role supports day-to-day operations, ensuring administrative processes are efficient, accurate, and responsive to the team and young people facing disengagement.
You will report to the Team Leader, provide high-quality admin support, coordinate bookings, manage the Client Management System, and help keep records compliant with policies and legislation.

This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring administrative processes are efficient, accurate, and responsive to the needs of the team. Working within an established team environment, you will provide high-quality administrative support and help enable positive outcomes for young people experiencing disengagement and other life challenges.
As the Administration Assistant, you will report directly to the Team Leader and work closely with program staff to support the smooth operation of Youth Transition Services.
