Welcome to Rinnai Australia, a market leader in hot water, heating, cooling and renewable energy appliances for both commercial and domestic markets.

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our National Commercial Project department on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate must be experienced in producing high level written documentation involving detailed quotations and project proposals.

About the role:
  • Administration of commercial project enquiries, including the preparation of quotations, proposals and general data entry.
  • Direct liaison with end users, consultants, designers, plumbers, and the Rinnai sales force across the Commercial Hot Water and HVAC sectors.
  • Sales order entry and management, involving the receipt of customer purchase orders to arranging delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the manufacturing and inventory teams to determine product delivery schedules.
  • Dealing with general telephone and email enquiries from external and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of statistical data reports to aid business opportunities and improvements.
  • Maintenance of database to ensure they are up to date and accurate.
