  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling personal or sensitive information with care and discretion.
  • Providing other reasonable administrative support as required to meet the evolving needs of the parish.
About You

You will be someone who enjoys working with people and understands the importance of creating a welcoming, respectful and supportive experience for everyone who contacts the parish.

You Will Ideally Bring
  • Previous experience in an administration, reception, clerical or office support role.
  • Good computer skills, including confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • A friendly and professional communication style and the ability to interact respectfully with people from a variety of backgrounds.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy community environment.
  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential or sensitive information.
