We are seeking a friendly and organised Administration Assistant to provide additional support to the Parish Secretary and parish team, including office coverage during periods of Secretary leave.
This flexible casual role will generally offer 5-10 hours per week, which may be worked across one or two days depending on parish needs. Additional hours may be available during busy periods, particularly throughout the sacramental programme and when leave coverage is required.
This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working with people and is looking for flexible hours within a welcoming parish community.
