SCL Automotive Group is a South Australian, family owned and operated dealer group based in Reynella, 20kms south of the Adelaide CBD. Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum.

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our growing team. This role would report directly to the CFO and would be responsible for a number of varied administrative duties.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Banking
  • Reconciliation of Creditors
  • Other Ad Hoc tasks as required

The successful applicant will:

  • Be energetic and proactive.
  • Preferably have some experience in a similar position.
  • Be a self-starter who is able to work without direction or micromanagement.
  • Be able to successfully multitask.
  • Have excellent computer literacy.
