Full-Time Office Administrator – Blacktown

We are a busy and fast-growing air conditioning company based in Blacktown seeking a highly motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team.

Location: Blacktown (close to railway station)

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments for sales representatives and trades staff
  • Providing high-level customer service to clients and suppliers
  • Following up and collecting overdue invoices
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails
  • Data entry and maintaining company records
  • Preparing quotes, invoices, and job sheets
  • Coordinating with technicians for job scheduling and updates
  • Filing, scanning, and general office duties
  • Assisting management with day-to-day administrative tasks
About You
  • Previous administration or customer service experience (preferred)
