Rombola Family Farms in Bundaberg, QLD is seeking a casual Admin Support to assist the Farm Operations Manager with data entry, filing, and on-farm administration. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly including weekends.
You will contribute to WHS compliance and help maintain efficient office and farm records. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and good written English are essential.

This is a Casual position. This role will support the Farm Operations Manager in all aspects of administration and farm functions.
This is a diverse, hands‑on role which requires professionalism, interpersonal effectiveness, energy, and strong attention to detail. Some tasks may be assigned outside of the office and out on the farm. This is a great career opportunity for a driven and process minded person
