A global life sciences company in Dandenong South is seeking an Admin & Receptionist to provide vital administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and supporting Accounts Receivable and HR. This is a casual position open only to candidates eligible to work in Australia.

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Australia / New Zealand provides contract GMP testing to human and animal pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and complimentary medicine manufactures, as well as an extensive range of SPF and other cosmetics testing, both in-vitro and in-vivo in accordance with a range of local and international standards. The range of testing includes microbiological and chemistry on raw materials, in process and finished products, complemented by product formulation services. We operate out of sites in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland, which are all GMP licensed by local regulators and are accredited to ISO 17025. In addition to the provision of world class analytical testing, the laboratories also provide consultative services to their clients made available by a team of highly qualified scientists.

Responsibilities
  • We’re looking for a proactive and professional Admin & Receptionist to join our fast-growing team in Dandenong South on a casual basis. In this role you’ll be the welcoming face of Eurofins and provide vital administrative support, including:
  • Managing the front desk – greeting visitors and directing them to the right person.
  • Handling and transferring incoming phone calls via our Telstra IP Telephony system.
  • Organising courier sample pick-ups and preparing weekly and ad-hoc courier reports.
  • Opening and distributing incoming mail and processing credit card payments.
  • Providing general admin support to Accounts Receivable and Human Resources.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as required to keep our operations running smoothly.

  • Current driver’s licence (local travel may be required)
