About the Role

Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions, NSW/ACT and QLD. We're committed to building a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Base operations, including reporting, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes, tracking action items to completion.
  • Arrange and manage supplier invoices, goods receipting, and other finance administrative duties.
  • Maintain document and data accuracy in systems such as Objective, GEMS, and INX.
  • Process purchase orders, receipts, and other procurement documentation.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, office systems, and record management processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an administrative coordination role within a corporate or operational environment.
  • Strong IT systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite at an advanced level.
