As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our claims teams by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating claim activities and booking medical appointments to organising travel, investigations and interpreter services, youll be the one making sure no detail is missed.
Youll liaise with providers to gather reports and clinical notes, keep claim records up to date, and prepare accurate, professional documentation that supports our work every step of the way.
This will be a permanent, full time positionbased,with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week once you''ve completed training.
