A leading rehabilitation service provider is seeking qualified professionals to join their team in North Sydney. You will work in a hybrid role supporting ADF personnel in their recovery. Successful candidates will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and registration, and have a passion for rehabilitation. Qualifications

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW.
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.
  • Perform assessments including functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including medical specialists and treatment providers.

  • Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
  • Work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting our Veterans and current ADF members.

You will work across local ADF bases in this hybrid role. Location may vary between the Acumen office, client site (Sydney ADF Bases) and work from home options.

What will make you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW
