Responsibilities

• Lead and manage three Adelaide stores, ensuring consistency with CALIBRE brand and policies
• Drive sales targets and customer service excellence across the state
• Analyze budgets and collaborate with National Retail Manager to boost performance
• Nurture a high-performing team through coaching, training and succession planning
• Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues proactively
• Oversee hiring in partnership with HR and National Retail Manager
• Monitor costs and implement strategies to improve profitability
