Qualifications

Our ADAS calibration services follow OEM-approved methods and are backed by cutting-edge scan and calibration technology. As a technician, you’ll receive training on advanced systems including millimetre radar, blind spot radar, forward facing cameras, and 360-degree camera systems.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of calibration for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) on vehicles, delivering accurate, efficient, and safe calibrations.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving complaints within 24 hours, and ensuring high satisfaction

Maintain respectful handling of vehicles, accurate test drive records, and timely setup of new trade accounts

Perform ADAS calibrations efficiently and to a high standard by following the standard process, meeting the target calibrations per day, and taking full ownership of each task

Maintain, store, and handle calibration equipment responsibly, timely reporting any issues to the Calibration Manager to ensure service continuity and quality

Research OEM repair methods for ADAS systems and attach them to calibration reports in NatConnect

Accurately complete calibration reports and documentation by following standard handling procedures for sensitive information

Adhere to NWG’s policies, OH&S requirements, and secure storage of all ADAS tools and equipment to support safety and compliance

Support the Branch Manager in growing the ADAS trade business by engaging with local collision and automotive repair businesses

Complete required training and certifications on ADAS and actively engage in industry forums and team meetings to stay updated on ADAS developments

About YOU

Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or similar

At least 2 years of experience as an Auto Electrician, Automotive Mechanic, or OE Dealership technician

Strong background with vehicle diagnostics and calibration or with proven experience in a similar environment

ADAS-related certification on systems and components from OEMs or equipment suppliers is highly preferred

Strong communication skills and relationship management, with the ability to support business development activities

Professional presentation and a confident, customer-focused approach

A positive, “can-do” attitude with a proactive mindset

Proficient in Windows-based systems and skilled in conflict resolution

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different locations when needed

Note: We require applicants to have a current driver’s licence and be willing top travel locally
