Job summary

St Nicholas of Myra Primary School, Penrith, within Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese, seeks an experienced Acting Principal for 2027. You will provide spiritual, educational and operational leadership, strengthening Catholic identity while guiding strategic priorities and improvement initiatives.

You will work with staff, families and parish to foster a safe, inclusive learning community that challenges every student to grow academically, spiritually and personally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Catholic schools and implementing improvement plans.
• Demonstrated ability to strengthen Catholic identity and mission.
• Proven track record of data-driven decision making and curriculum leadership.
• Ability to coach and develop senior leaders and teaching staff.
