About the Role

As an Acquisition and Retention Advocate, you will support the growth of the Defence Health membership base by providing our prospective members with quality and personalised experience and retain current staff through cover reviews.

We provide you with the best possible start to your new career with us through a supportive paid training program to ensure we equip you with all the skills to perform your best within the team.

This role also allows you to create a long-term career where you can move up the ranks or grow into other roles in a career transition pathway.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

Previous experience in Sales and/or Retention or contact center role is desirable.

Efficient verbal and written communication skills

Driven to deliver the best Member Experience possible

Engaging personality, able to quickly build rapport

Able to understand and translate complex information to others in a simple, effective way

Team oriented whilst also being able to work autonomously

Comfortable with technology

Willingness to learn and apply feedback
