Job summary

Talent Partner Australia is seeking an Acoustic Consultant/Engineer to lead projects in Newcastle, NSW. You will perform noise modelling, prepare compliance reports, and communicate with clients while managing your own workload.

The role involves coordinating monitoring projects and mentoring junior team members, with opportunities across industrial, transport, mining, buildings and performance spaces. A degree in engineering or science and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Science.
• Strong technical report writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly when required.
• Current Australian drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete noise models and predictions using SoundPLAN, CadnaA etc.
• Prepare technical reports for approvals, permitting and compliance.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders and manage your own workload.
• Coordinate monitoring projects.
• Mentor and review the work of junior team members.

• Willingness to travel and work flexibly when required
