Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent practice qualification.
• Solid background in year-end accounts preparation and advisory services.
• Experience managing or supervising a team with delegation and development of staff.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts and acting as the primary contact for queries.
• Leading year-end accounts discussions and identifying opportunities to expand services.
• Reviewing WIP and ensuring fees are properly charged.
• Supporting junior team members through delegation and targeted development.
