Aussie Broadband Limited is searching for an Accounts Receivable Lead to join their team in Traralgon, Victoria. In this permanent position, you will guide the AR team to ensure efficient debt management and positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar commercial environment.
• Experience leading and supporting team members within an accounts environment.
• Ability to manage debtors and apply collections policies.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor Accounts Receivable officers through coaching.
• Own AR systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage aged debtor reporting and monthly write-offs.
• Oversee day-to-day collections activity.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships.
