We are searching for an Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager based on the Sunshine Coast with a leading company managing a small team of credit professionals, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management.

This role is a blend of managing client relationships internal and external, staff, analysis and debt management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership:Set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to ensure optimum performance.
  • Operational Direction:Provide hands-on management and operational direction to the credit team.
  • Reconciliations & Reporting:Oversee reconciliations and produce monthly and year end reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assessment:full control and director of the credit assessment process -approval of limits etc.
  • Collections:Discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external parties

Qualifications

  • Experience:Strong commercial credit background with previous Accounts Receivable/Credit Manager experience.
  • Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.
  • Communication:Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, internal divisions, and external customers.
  • AICM Membership preferred
