Mercedes-Benz Sydney is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team in Sydney. In this role you will manage the accounts receivable function, invoice accurately, and maintain relationships with customers and internal departments.

You will work within a global luxury automotive brand in a supportive, fast-paced dealership environment, with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (ERA experience is advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the accounts receivable ledger.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate allocation of payments.
• Follow up outstanding accounts and manage debtor collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with the Sales, Service and Parts departments regarding invoicing and payments.
• Prepare reports relating to outstanding balances and debtor ageing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
