This is a varied Accounts Receivable and Administration position suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with customers and taking ownership of their workload. You'll spend a significant part of your day communicating with customers and branches, alongside managing administration, receipting, credit card processing and other systems-based tasks.

You’ll ideally have previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Administration, Customer Service or a similar high-volume environment. Experience making regular inbound or outbound phone calls will be highly regarded, particularly within a larger corporate environment.
You’ll be confident communicating with customers, comfortable having potentially challenging conversations and able to balance a friendly personality with professionalism. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems are important, while experience with Excel, PeopleSoft, Oracle or D365 will be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided.
