Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking an adaptable Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our finance team. The role splits between payroll (1-2 days) and end-to-end accounts payable/receivable, reporting to the Financial Controller.

You will navigate MYOB and ERP systems, handle bank polling, and support additional finance tasks while assisting with system transitions. A collaborative mindset and prior experience in a similar role are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts, Finance, or Payroll Officer roles.
• Confident in payroll processing and end-to-end AP/AR.
• Experience with MYOB or similar ERP systems; comfortable with system transitions.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys a relaxed office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes.
• Process payroll for internal staff and subcontractors.
• Support MYOB, bank polling and other finance duties.
• Assist with manual approvals during system transitions.
