STRAND's Head Office in Pyrmont seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to manage day-to-day AP, invoice processing and supplier payments in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with Dynamics 365, ExFlow and Expense Me Pro, ensuring accurate coding, reconciliations and timely payments, while supporting month-end activities.

This hybrid role offers a 3:2 office/home pattern, ongoing learning opportunities, a strong team culture and a 40% discount on STRAND products.

Competenze

• At least 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Strong end-to-end AP knowledge including invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across levels.
• Willingness to learn new systems and contribute to process improvements.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end invoice processing through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and ExFlow, ensuring accurate coding, purchase order matching and appropriate approvals.
• Prepare and process weekly and monthly supplier payment runs, including distributing remittance advices.
• Maintain supplier accounts, including new supplier setups and verification of supplier banking details.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to internal and external queries relating to invoices, payments and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end activities, including accrual journals and bank reconciliations.
• Support monthly company credit card reconciliations through Expense Me Pro, following up on outstanding transactions and approvals.
• Assist with international supplier payments, foreign currency transactions and audit requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve Accounts Payable processes, accuracy and financial controls.
• Provide general support to the wider Finance team as required.
