Honey Birdette is seeking an organised Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. You will process invoices, reconcile supplier accounts and ensure GST/VAT classifications are correct, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Based in Sydney with a hybrid working setup, you will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, help improve processes, and maintain accurate records while balancing multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or related admin roles with strong numerical accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process a medium to high volume of invoices, purchase orders and expense claims accurately.
• Prepare and reconcile supplier accounts and bank transactions.
• Ensure costs are allocated across general ledger accounts and cost centres.
