Qualifications

• Exposure to accounts payable or administration, with intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Obtain approval for invoices and outgoings for payment according to policies.
• Process all accounts payable transactions in the financial system.
• Ensure payment of accounts payable within terms while supporting cash flow.
• Process staff reimbursement payments weekly.
• Provide remittance advices for payments.
• Maintain filing for accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure GST is processed correctly for all payments.
