Why PwC?

At PwC Australia, your skills meet purpose. We tackle big challenges across industries like finance, technology, energy, and health—giving you the chance to make a real impact. What you’ll do
  • Manage operations including escalated queries, accounts payable analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Drive process improvements with change control, documentation, and participation in firm‑wide projects.
  • Produce ad hoc and periodic reports to support operational insights.
  • Oversee supplier management, including supplier correspondence and team management of offshore operations and analytics.
  • Analyse and resolve invoice discrepancies, demonstrating strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
What we’re looking for
  • Can use feedback and reflection to enhance self‑awareness, leverage strengths, and address development areas.
  • Can delegate tasks to provide growth opportunities and coach others to achieve results.
  • Applying critical thinking to structure and solve unstructured problems effectively.
  • Can utilise diverse tools to extract insights from industry trends and review work for quality and accuracy.
  • Can communicate clearly and adapt behaviour to build relationships while upholding the firm’s ethical standards.
What you’ll gain
  • The opportunity to work with leading organisations and cutting‑edge technology that challenge and expand your expertise.
  • Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work—balancing what’s best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.
  • Clear paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.
  • Generous leave entitlements to support your work‑life balance—including floating public holidays, birthday leave and the ability to purchase additional leave on top of your four weeks.

This role is being offered as a 12‑month parental leave cover.
