Overview

Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for accuracy and service excellence? Join the Sarina Russo Group, a leader in Education, Training, and Employment for over 46 years as an Accounts Payable Officer and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial operations across our national footprint. This is a casual role working Monday to Friday 38 hours per week based in Brisbane CBD.

About the Role

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering accurate and timely accounts payable services across multiple companies.
  • Matching purchase orders to invoices, obtaining approvals, and processing EFT payments.
  • Investigating and resolving creditor queries before escalation.
  • Lodging claims to government for participant expenses.
  • High volume data entry and data management
  • Supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate records across systems.
What You will Bring
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or financial administration.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with government claims processes and financial systems is a plus.
