Job summary

Hays is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a busy finance team in Perth, with on-site parking and a supportive environment. This temporary opportunity offers an immediate start and potential extension or permanency.

You will manage end-to-end AP processing, match and code invoices, perform supplier reconciliations and process payment runs, while maintaining supplier records and supporting month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems; MYOB will be highly regarded.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Availability to commence immediately or at short notice.
