Michael Page is partnering with a stable property investment and management business to appoint an experienced Accounts Officer on a part-time basis in Adelaide.

The role focuses on end-to-end accounts payable, supplier management, and month-end support. You’ll work closely with a proactive finance team in a flexible, supportive environment that values accuracy and efficiency.

• Strong accounts payable and reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and supplier payments.
• Manage electronic banking and payment platforms.
• Maintain supplier accounts and complete reconciliations.
• Respond to supplier enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Process receipts and maintain debtor records.
• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end reporting processes.
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Assist with continuous improvement of financial and administrative systems.
• Provide broader administrative support as required.

Description

Due to continued growth and operational needs, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Officer to join the finance team on a part-time basis.

• Processing accounts payable invoices and supplier payments
• Managing electronic banking and payment platforms
• Maintaining supplier accounts and completing reconciliations
• Responding to supplier enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Processing receipts and maintaining debtor records
• Completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end reporting processes

Profile

• Strong accounts payable and reconciliation experience
• Experience using accounting systems and electronic banking platforms
