Overview

Smartshelf ESL' is a distributor of a global leading electrionic shelf labels(ESLs) manufactor. As we rapidly grow in Australia market, we are seeking for various roles, including full-time Office Admin and Accounts clerk based in our Macquarie Park, NSW office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark. Recent graduates with passion in ESLs are also encouraged to apply!


What you'll be doing


  • Lead the end to end delivery and maintenance of SaaS and IoT systems acorss retail operations

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations

  • Assist with payroll processing and financial record-keeping

  • Handle office administration (emails, calls, scheduling, filing)

  • Support procurement and inventory tracking for ESL projects

  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams

  • Prepare reports and presentations for management


What we're looking for


  • 2+ years of experience in accounts/office administration, prefer in retail sector

  • Proficiency in Xero

  • Excellent communication and time management

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST
