Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Work with warehouse team to dispatch documents.
  • Prepare profit & loss and payroll tax reports.
  • Maintain employee files and compliance with Employment Awards.
  • Manage WorkCover and related admin requirements.
  • Generate invoicing for customer orders.
  • Provide sales support with purchase orders.
  • Oversee general office admin and phone management.

Our client is a well-established contract manufacturer known for their high-quality products, strong team culture and supportive environment. They’re seeking an Accounts All-Rounder who’s as comfortable crunching numbers as they are helping out with day-to-day admin.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Manage weekly and monthly payroll
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, matching invoices to purchase orders and processing payments
  • Work with the warehouse team to dispatch documents such as packing lists and customer invoices
  • Preparing profit & loss and payroll tax reports, and assisting with end-of-month processing
  • Maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance with Employment Awards
  • Managing WorkCover and supporting related administrative requirements
  • Generate invoicing for customer orders
  • Provide sales support including entering purchase orders and maintaining pricing
  • Take charge of general office admin and phone management
  • Use your Xero know-how to keep everything running smoothly

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar all-round account’s role
  • Solid understanding of Xero (or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
  • A proactive, upbeat attitude, someone who loves pitching in and getting things done
